I reached the ER with my 24 weeks pregnant wife with symptons of tromboflebitis and in extreme pain and after admission, we waited for more than 1 hour for triage. After that, the nurse prescribed blood tests and we waited again for more than 2 hours for the results. This means that a pregnant woman waited for more than 3 hours, in a crowded waiting room, during covid pandemic, without any pain killers and without any consultation with a doctor. 4 hours and the only thing that we got was a 5 minute conversation with a nurse. For a pregnant woman. For me, with is as much a disgrace as it is questionable in terms of safety for anyone that attends this hospital. Never to repeat. And if you are thinking of going there with any urgency related with pregnancy, DO NOT GO! Tale your wife elsewhere. It is safer for her and for the baby.

Excellent service provided by this facility. All of the staff are highly professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The translation service provided by Gara and Jenna was invaluable and their help with the entire process including liaising with my travel insurance provider and translating for the nurses and Doctors was executed very professionally and competently. Thank you and well done to all. I highly recommend this facility and all its staff.

We are currently visiting Bilbao from the US. Our son had a high fever of 104 and really bad bowel movements. Our international health insurance company Geo Blue has confirmed this clinic as the network provider and we don't need to pay an up front cost to see a doctor. We came here but was rejected upon checking in. The front desk lady spoke no English which was understandable and another lady who was not friendly at all and with no help but only cares about how we are going to pay for the cost and didn't even care about how much pain my son was in. I don't want to mention her name on this review just for the sake of privacy and in hope that she will realize that if she continues to be like this to any patients then she will lose her job shortly. I was very angry but kept it to myself and filed a complaint. Several days later, I got an email response to my complaint which was not friendly either and again talked about the payment but zero about how my son's pain. For any international travelers, please be aware of this facility and make sure you contact them with your insurance info before you go there.

I had a positive experience here a few weeks ago. The service was relatively quick and straightforward. With my rather limited Spanish-speaking abilities, the international patients department (BiziKalitatea) provided a translator to facilitate my visit. The translator Silbia was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this service for international students with limited language skills. It made the whole process much easier.
